	I don't think there has ever been a time that I have ever not been able to reach someone on the phone. I can't tell you how great that is to get a live person on the phone and get answers to very important questions. I say important because our website is our livelihood. We are receiving between 200,000 to 300,000 thousand hits a month and on a average of 600 to 700 visitors a day. I can't remember the last time our site has been down. If it is ever was down over the last six years I can't remember when. I have had opportunity to change servers but I have no intentions of ever doing so. The other provider kept trying to blame me, saying that someone must be getting the password and so on from my machine. As soon as I signed up with AISO, the problem stopped.
